Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Racy Retreat. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. This allows us to process your request in time to coordinate with our suppliers.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

For apparel/lingerie, items must be unworn and include tags.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (lotions, oils, lubricants).
Process for Returns

We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and provide instructions.

Please include the RMA number inside your return package.
Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply for refused or non-defective returns.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Keep all packaging and provide photos to assist with a claim.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally; however, customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees in their country.

International orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

All international returns must receive prior approval before shipping back to us for refund or exchange.
Changes or Cancellations

If your order has already shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Back Orders
If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and arrange for a refund. Back orders may be cancelled unless you request otherwise.
